Hayley Rutherford

I've spent my career in and around social purpose organizations, across sectors and sizes. One thing I've noticed is that when people really care about their work, it's hard to look up. Hard to see what else is going on or who else is sitting with the same problem. I like knowing what's going on and why things are the way they are. Over more than a decade, that curiosity has led me to strategic planning, business development, event design, and editorial work. I'm in a lot of spaces, I've seen inside a lot of organizations, and I pay attention. Which means there's a good chance I'll say "have you heard about this," and it'll open something up for you.
